Our dedicated Key Accounts team provides a comprehensive one-stop shop for all building materials to both national and regional construction companies working in the South East of England.
The customers they serve include regional housebuilders, medium sized building contractors and property developers.
The Key Accounts team works closely with market leading suppliers of construction materials to provide buyers with a vast range of the best quality products at competitive rates. Our highly experienced team look after contracts across the South East.
Co-ordinating both deliveries and collections from our branch network as well as managing direct to site deliveries from our suppliers, our friendly and efficient team will get all the information they need to fulfil your order in just one phone call with you.

With several decades of experience in the industry between them, our skilled team takes great pride in delivering the best level of customer service. Our team represents Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), which brings together Chandlers Building Supplies & Fairalls Builders’ Merchants.
Our team understands the pressure that buyers, estimators, contracts managers and site agents are under and endeavours to look after everyone in our customers businesses. Meet Our Key Accounts Team
Graham Pitts
Key Accounts Director
Graham heads our Key Accounts team, having had vast amounts of experience of working in sales for the merchants in our group. In his early career, Graham worked for Chandlers Building Supplies for 19 years and after this, he worked for Parker Building Supplies, completing another 19 year stint. What Graham doesn’t know about building materials, isn’t worth knowing!
Andy Allsobrook
Business Development Executive
Andy is our BDE, he has over 35 years experience in the merchant industry, he has worked for Parkers for 15 years, 13 of those years in our direct sales department supporting customers on large projects throughout the country.
Andy joined the key accounts team in 2021, he is our man on the road for office and site visits ( when Covid allows ) if not happy to have an online meeting . Andy works closely with our supplier reps, and has the experience and knowledge to help you with all aspects of your projects, especially with brickmatching and specialist products.
Ray Paddock
Senior Sales
Ray boasts over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. This includes 9 years within the group and 6 years in the Key Accounts team. Ray brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and also specialises in timber. For anything you need to know about timber, Ray is your man!
Tom Vickers
Key Accounts Manager
Tom leads the Key Accounts team from the front, he is always happy to visit customers at their offices or on site. Tom has spent over 5 years working in the industry, with half of this time being in the Key Accounts team. Before joining the construction industry, Tom spent 4 years with Brighton and Hove Albion. His footballing experience brings a professional approach and positive winning mentality to the team.
Luke Cameron
Sales
Luke has worked in the industry for more than 2 years. One of the newer members of the team, Luke has proved his commitment to offering the best customer service by constantly delivering high standards of customer service. Luke really rose to the challenge and exceeded customer expectations by getting materials to site through the difficult circumstances that surrounded the first lockdown.
Karen Gordon
Administration assistant
Karen has worked at Parker Building Supplies for 22 years, having an excellent all round understanding of Sales and Customer Services withing the building industry. Joining Key Accounts in 2021, Karen is here to process your invoices and give you a local point of contact, providing customer support, administration and resolving any account issues you have along
the way.
Chris White
Sales
Chris has many years of experience in merchanting and the construction industry. From completing management training with Builders Centre at the start of his career to working as a bricklayer, Chris has an excellent ability to gauge what our customers need.
Having worked in SIG Group and Stamco, as a Sales Representative and Branch Manager over a 7-year period, we were delighted to welcome Chris back to the group at the end of 2022. Chris brings an abundance of knowledge, energy and a great sense of humour.
