Parker Joinery supply Issac Rose Properties Ltd with Bereco traditional flush windows & doors

Parker Joinery were the first choice for developer and building contractor, Ian Saunders of Isaac Rose Properties Ltd. The development included total replacement of the original windows at this striking former Oast House in Yalding, a charming village in the Borough of Maidstone, Kent.

We supplied Bereco Traditional Flush windows and doors for the conversion, but it proved to be quite complex as the existing arched head windows were not true arches. Always willing to rise to the challenge, we were able to provide Ian with bespoke fixtures which complement and enhance the architecture.Ian, who has a keen eye for detail and wanted to make sure it looked perfect, was delighted with the outcome.

A TOAST TO THE OAST
An oast house or hop kiln is a building designed for kilning (drying) hops as part of the beer brewing process. They can be found in most hop-growing (and former hop-growing) areas of Kent and East Sussex and are often good examples of vernacular architecture.

Ian Saunders’ construction business has been established for 37 years, set up originally to take on building and development projects. He has since developed the company and is able to take on any project from a driveway to an extension to a new home. He employs only the best skilled workers from a network of trades and reputable suppliers like ourselves in order to be able to live up to the company’s hard earned reputation.
