Click & Collect Information

You can order online to collect from your local branch.

Same day collections are available for online orders placed before 3pm. For orders place after 3pm, they will be available to collect the following working day.

Our branches will aim to have your order ready after 2 hours, subject to branch opening hours, but this may not be possible at all locations. If your order is particularly urgent, please make this known to the branch handling your order by using the notes section during checkout online.

You can only place a collection order with one branch at a time. You cannot split orders between branches.

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an order confirmation email.

How to collect

When your order has been picked and is ready for collection you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email confirmation.

On arriving, please go to the counter and show your order confirmation and the payment card used to place the order.

 You will then be given your loading ticket and be directed to the collection point.

Uncollected Orders

Orders that remain uncollected after 7 days will be returned to stock, refunded (if paid for at point of purchase) and may be subjected to a restocking charge.
