Delivery Information

We provide both delivery and Click & Collect options for online orders, allowing you to select the service that best meets your needs.

Our branches can deliver to your home or work site, typically within 48 hours of order receipt, provided the address is within our designated delivery areas.

Deliveries are fulfilled using our own fleet of vehicles from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available at all branches; if you require this service, kindly contact your local branch to discuss your needs. Our team will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered at a time and place convenient for you.

For products not currently in stock or for items requiring special delivery arrangements, we will contact you directly to discuss lead times and any specific access requirements once availability has been confirmed.

Delivery for our trade account holders:

Delivery is FREE for all of our trade credit and trade cash account customers.

Delivery for those without a trade account:

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150 Ex VAT

There is a £15 delivery charge on orders under £150 Ex VAT

Cancelling Your Order

Deliveries can only be cancelled up until 1pm prior to the scheduled delivery day. Deliveries can be re-arranged up until 1pm prior to the scheduled delivery day, when the goods are on the lorry no cancellations or re-arrangements can be made.
