Returns

Once we have delivered you order or you have collected it, you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, provided the goods are with the original packaging and unused.

To do this, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know and you then have another 14 days to ensure the goods are returned to us to receive your refund.

We don’t currently offer free returns, so you must return at your own cost.

Refunds

All refunds/credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. During busy periods this may time period may extend.

You will receive a refund for the standard delivery cost only where applicable.

Credit/Debit card transactions will only be credited to the original card used.

Exceptions

There are some products that we cannot accept back because of their perishable nature, these include products like cement and plaster.
